Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your items are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
